At Jolly Beans, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return eligible item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please read our return policy below for more information:
Eligibility Criteria:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Items that have been opened, used, damaged, or are not in their original packaging may not be eligible for return.
Return Process:

Return Authorization: Once your return request has been approved, you will receive a return authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item(s). Please note that returns without a valid RA number may not be accepted.

Pack Your Item(s): Securely pack your item(s) in the original packaging, if possible, along with any accessories, manuals, or other included items.

Ship Your Return: Ship your return package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please include the RA number on the outside of the package to ensure timely processing of your return.

Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your return package, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria outlined above. Upon approval, we will process your refund or exchange according to your preference.
Refund Options:
- If you are returning an item for a refund, the original purchase price, including any applicable taxes, will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exchange Options:
- If you are exchanging an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate your preference when contacting customer service. We will do our best to accommodate your exchange request, subject to availability.
Return Shipping:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons, safety concerns, or other restrictions.
